Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the bank’s online presence and social media management. 

Duties

• Graphic Design – graphic design for social media, website, emails, etc. 
• Social Media admin for all BOS accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube track page statistics, respond to comments and messages.
• Social Media Content Schedule – maintain a schedule of posts on all social platforms including post copy and images
• Marketing outreach- work with all departments and markets to increase visibility for the bank’s activities on social media. 
• Social Media Content Library for various departments
• Online and Social Media Monitoring – monitor posts regarding the bank
• BOS Blog Content Schedule – maintain a schedule of articles to coordinate with social media
• CRM Administration – back up for the CRM administrator, monitor marketing efforts and look for opportunities to increase the marketing department’s use of the system.

Skills 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of Associate Degree required, plus one year of relevant experience
• Graphic Design and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Social Media experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required
• Experience in scheduling and ability to multi-task is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and other outside entities.
• Requires excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capability.
• Strong working knowledge of BOS Products and Services is preferred

Note

Some special events are outside of normal working hours. Ability to travel required, as the position will include occasional travel to events outside of the Springfield area.
