The primary purpose of the Continuing Education and Corporate Training Manager is to develop, manage and evaluate Continuing Education and Skills for Success training programs for the Workforce Development Department and oversee and manage instructors in a diverse range of training programs. The position is responsible for the planning, recruiting, staffing, and reporting for Skills for Success training programs as well as for continuing education activities. Will develop, promote, and provide on a semester basis non-credit seminars, workshops, and short-course opportunities which also includes Skills for Success in a flexible format, time frame and setting to meet the identified community/service area education, training and personal enrichment needs.
