    The Director of Admissions oversees all aspects of admissions, recruitment and will direct the admissions

    Supervisor: Chief Operating Officer

    Job description:

    • Responsible for the daily operation, coordination, and evaluation of the Admissions office.
    • Develops, reviews and updates University admission policies and procedures to ensure adhering to the conditions of the exemption that BPPE has granted
    • Achieves the new student start numbers set for each academic semester
    • Ensures effective and timely communication is taking place with prospective students.
    • Oversees the admissions decision-making policies and processes and oversees the review of all applicant files for admission.
    • Manages vendor relationships related to recruiting students.
    • Assists with University scholarships strategy and execution.
    • Reports and analyzes data related to trends and goals of enrollment.
    • Facilitates ongoing relationships with recruitment partners.
    • Coordinates with the marketing office on enrollment-related marketing.
    • Participates, as needed, in the general functions of the office – student interviews, school visitations, college fairs, etc.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervision

    Job Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in college or university admissions, requirements and credential evaluation.
    • Thorough knowledge of tertiary level foreign credentials, secondary school records, study abroad programs and policies, and the knowledge of major educational systems of the world.
    • Experience in the evaluation of domestic and international credentials for the purpose of admission to the university programs
    • Advanced knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population.
    • Advanced skills to develop strategic recruitment plans, designing outreach and recruitment programs and materials that will attract and enroll top candidates, including students from under-represented groups.
    • Advanced knowledge of project management including program design, implementation, and evaluation. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to anticipate and research complex issues, recognize potential impacts, identify, develop, evaluate, and implement creative and alternative solutions, and make recommendations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy and flexibility, with ability to maintain composure and effectively interact with faculty, students, staff and the general public.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $20.01 - $24.10 per hour

    Expected hours: 2 – 25 per week

    Schedule:
