Craft detailed sales reports and forecasts, empowering executive management to make informed decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, or relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, disrupting the recruiting industry. Proven track record of smashing sales targets and achieving unprecedented success. 5 years of hospitality and recruiting experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to captivate any audience. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Gecko Hospitality community. Driven, results-oriented, and someone who never settles for second best. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEO’s.
