Position Overview

Administer the Course Materials department operations for Virtual Hybrid Center, including supervising team member activities and providing hands-on technical and functional guidance to aid in accomplishing financial goals. Collects, edits, and oversees textbook orders to ensure accurate and timely availability of textbooks. Interfaces regularly with publishers, handling issues related to stock availability and invoicing. Demonstrates strong knowledge of Follett systems and strategies (including Program, Academic Tools, System Integrations, etc.), the industry, and the competitive landscape in order to execute initiatives, drive profitability, and control expenses. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Partners with various support partners including Fulfillment Center Manager, Warehouse Operations, Faculty Course Materials Managers, RCMS, AP, HR, and Training.
