Administration Clerk
State and federal contractor looking for a professional, organized, and efficient Administration Clerk with a quick learning curve. Individual must be a detail-oriented critical thinker who is able to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Valid driver license
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience (preferred in construction industry)
- Ability to pass drug screening (at time of hire and randomly while employed)
- Ability to gain federal base access
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Daily attendance
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or better), Outlook, and Word
- Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
- Light Accounts Payable work
- Answer phones, route calls, and take messages
- Email correspondence, file documents, and operate basic office machines
- Ability to multi-task in high volume work environment
- Ability to take initiative to learn new and tasks and take direction willingly
- Positive and professional attitude
- Independent thinker, organized, and responsible
