Contracts Administration Clerk prepares, maintains, and administers contract documents according to policies and regulations. Verifies that all required and associated materials in contract packages are in place. Being a Contracts Administration Clerk follows contract monitoring procedures to ensure documents are up to date and that contractual obligations are in compliance. Ensures that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed. Additionally, Contracts Administration Clerk maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contracts Administration Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are currently looking for a Contracts Clerk to join our team. The Contracts Clerk is responsible for accurately recording the sale, profit, and commissions payable on all sold units and for maintaining an accurate accounting of vehicle inventories.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Contracts Clerk for an automotive dealership. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills. Automotive Accounting, ADP/CDK, and/or Reynolds/UCS experience is preferred.

The Contract Clerks Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $15.50 and $29.00.
