Vacation Village Resorts at Parkway is seeking a detailed oriented typist for our busy Contract’s office. This is a multi-functional position requiring exceptional customer service, excellent team work and time management skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Provide daily office support for sales representatives and indirectly their prospective customers.
· Perform daily tasks to ensure the efficiency of the administration office including typing and processing sales contracts; processing all aspects of sales agreements, changing any modifications on sales and handling customer service calls after the sale.
Position Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
· Must be extremely detailed oriented and have excellent data entry skills.
· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while focusing on details.
· Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on positive attitude and effective communication skills.
· Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and the ability to learn other software programs quickly.
· Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
· Must have open availability, able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours if needed.
· Must possess a Notary Public Commission or willing to get certified.
Desired Requirements
· Previous experience in the timeshare or hospitality industry a plus.
· One year of customer service experience preferred.
