Contracts Administration Clerk prepares, maintains, and administers contract documents according to policies and regulations. Verifies that all required and associated materials in contract packages are in place. Being a Contracts Administration Clerk follows contract monitoring procedures to ensure documents are up to date and that contractual obligations are in compliance. Ensures that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed. Additionally, Contracts Administration Clerk maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contracts Administration Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Position Summary:
Supports all activities across the company related to management and continued implementation of effective export compliance programs under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Develops and maintains trade compliance policies and operational procedures and updates them according to the regulatory changes brought about by the US government and other procedural changes that apply to trade compliance. Prepares complex licenses and agreements to support sales programs and initiatives, including agent and reseller agreements.

ITAR Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

This position will require a working environment mix comprised of office, shop floor, field and customer locations (both domestic and international). While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to static electricity; explosives in test conditions; fumes; airborne particles; outside weather conditions prevalent at the time and an air-conditioned and heated office. The noise level is normally moderate may be occasionally high.
