Contracts Administration Clerk prepares, maintains, and administers contract documents according to policies and regulations. Verifies that all required and associated materials in contract packages are in place. Being a Contracts Administration Clerk follows contract monitoring procedures to ensure documents are up to date and that contractual obligations are in compliance. Ensures that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed. Additionally, Contracts Administration Clerk maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contracts Administration Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. For this role, we will consider candidates located near our Norwalk, CT office and must be able to work 5 days per work week in office.
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for the preparation, review and execution of documents, and the day-to-day oversight for all phases of the documentation process for Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc. (MHCA)’s Transportation Finance Division in accordance with MHCA’s policies and procedures. Provide effective customer service for both internal and external customers by utilizing expertise in finance documentation and strong working knowledge of vehicle and equipment financing structures.

Salary Range: ($61,000.00 - $77,700.00) per year, plus a discretionary Bonus.
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and education.
