    Hidden Level is looking for a Contracts Manager! This position will be a member of the growing Contracts Department to establish and maintain commercial and federal/state/local contractual instruments in support of various programs and company initiatives. The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for leading multi-functional teams through proposal response. Will require cross-functional support to meet compliance and proposal response objectives. This position resides in Syracuse, NY

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Make appropriate decisions necessary to move programs forward during the proposal and contractual performance stages.
    • Holds procurement delegation and signs agreements within established authority.
    • Preparing detailed evaluations of contractual terms and scope, developing negotiation strategies to position the company for successful performance.
    • Managing cost and pricing objectives throughout proposal lifecycle

    Successful Candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience/combined education with 10 years of professional experience or 8 years of professional experience with a related master’s degree.
    • Proven exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation to effectively communicate business cases to all level of peers, program, and executive management.
    • Prior professional experience with contract and proposal management activities from unzipping RFPs, ensuring compliant response and conducting negotiations through award and administration.
    • Prior professional experience to include various contract types (FFP, CR, LOE) and ensuring compliance with Prime contract requirements.
    • Demonstrated negotiations experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to bring matters/issues to successful closure.
    • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
    • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

    Nice to have:

    • CPCM, CFCM, DAWIA Level 1-3 or similar related procurement training/designation
    • Shipley training

    Salary at Hidden Level Inc. is market competitive and determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $115,000 to $142,000 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Hidden Level Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
