Contracts Administration Clerk prepares, maintains, and administers contract documents according to policies and regulations. Verifies that all required and associated materials in contract packages are in place. Being a Contracts Administration Clerk follows contract monitoring procedures to ensure documents are up to date and that contractual obligations are in compliance. Ensures that contract renewal dates are tracked and that applicable renewal documents are generated and processed. Additionally, Contracts Administration Clerk maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Contracts Administration Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.   • SUMMARY: The job involves being part of a work crew that removes litter from roadways and provides a variety of landscaping services.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    LITTER REMOVAL

    • Pick up litter along designated roadways.
    • Bag all picked up litter.
    • Load and unload trash bags into truck or trailer.
    • Load, unload, set up, and move highway awareness signs

    LANDSCAPING DUTIES

    • Mow around trees, shrubs, and picnic pads
    • Rake and bag grass clippings
    • Trim curbs and areas around trees with gas-powered trimmer
    • Prune shrubs and trees
    • Report and make necessary repairs
    • Inspect vehicles, trailers, and mowing equipment for safe operation
    • Perform before, during, and after operation maintenance
