DIRECTOR OF STUDENT LIFE AND ADMINISTRATION

Kansas City Christian School is seeking to hire a Director of Student life and Administration for Upper School (6th -12th grade). Applicants should profess a faith in Christ and attend a Bible believing church. A master’s degree in education, educational leaderhip or a related field is recommended. Candidates should have the desire to make a positive impact on student’s lives through their leadership, desire to develop meaningful relationships with students, and be actively involved in the KCC community.

The Director of Student Life and Administration is involved with all aspects of the student’s day in and out of the classroom at Kansas City Christian. This includes but is not limited to overseeing student life programs such as House Groups, Serve Day, STUCO, sponsor activities, and all Senior class events during the school year. The position will also oversee 6th -12th grade disciplinary systems and work directly with the Upper School Head of Faculty and Curriculum on various student/classroom issues including cheating, tardies, and other academic situations that arise. HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE TEACHER 2024-25

Kansas City Christian School is accepting applicants for a high school science teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The high school science teaching position will have a special emphasis in the areas of Biology, Anatomy, Health, and AP Biology. A successful applicant will be a Christian with at least a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable science field. Special consideration may be given to an applicant who also has an education degree. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required. Applicants will have a current teaching license or the ability to receive their license either through state licensing or through ACSI. UPPER ELEMENTARY TEACHER 2024-25

THEATRE DIRECTOR

Kansas City Christian School in Prairie Village, Kansas is accepting applicants for a theatre director. A successful applicant will be a Christian who believes that the Bible is God’s fully inspired, inerrant, and eternally unchanging Word and who possesses the ability to interact with how a Christian worldview should drive a student’s understanding of the arts.
