Contracts Administration Director is responsible for all activities in the organization's contracts administration function. Oversees the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and the administration of contracts that follow company policies and legal requirements. Being a Contracts Administration Director directs and develops policies and processes that govern the contract administration staff and provide guidance on contract terms and the assessment of contract proposals. Has deep knowledge of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations. Additionally, Contracts Administration Director leads negotiations for complex or high-value contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). Typically reports to senior management. The Contracts Administration Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Contracts Administration Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Care Transition Associate - Regional Administration

    The Care Transition Associate performs a variety of patient-centered administrative tasks to support care coordination within acute care hospital hubs. This care transition work is focused on post-acute care needs for patients requiring home health, hospice, home infusion and home medical equipment. Support patients and families with their specific discharge plan and plan of care for home health and hospice referrals.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Associate's Degree or high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of work experience is equivalent to the Associate's degree

    • Demonstrated work experience with patients and families

    • Work experience, preferably in health care setting, providing customer service and administrative support to professionals

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Medical Terminology

    • Healthcare training

    • Educational courses in healthcare

    • MS Word and Excel software programs

    • Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
