Contracts Administration Manager prepares and administers bids, proposals, and commercial and government contracts that follow company policies and legal requirements. Manages the contracts administration staff and guides compliance with complex contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Contracts Administration Manager negotiates with suppliers, partners, or customers. Ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements. Additionally, Contracts Administration Manager has a strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable government regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Sometimes requires certification like the NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). Typically reports to a director. The Contracts Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Contracts Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     As our Operations Loan Administration you will:

    • Handle a Portfolio of 50 to 60 Active loans
    • Have Introductory Calls with the borrower and contractor
    • Review all draw requests from the borrower to ensure all documentation and disbursements are in compliance with the Loan Documents and Bank's Procedures
    • Knowledge is Asset Base Lending Loans
    • Knowledge in Letter of Credits
    • Proactivity alert Management to any issues with the loan
    • Effectively manage interest reserves for the loans
    • Track all loans and lines of credits, maintaining all sources of funding are properly managed for the life of the loan
    • Assist in loan closings, provide due diligence to review team checking all documentation is obtained at closing and in compliance with procedures
    • Especially critical that the loan is in balance at closing and borrower's funds are accounted for
    • Maintain loan and draw files per Procedures and assist in audits, exams and reviews

    For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between and $71,400 and $107,000.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Youll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

    • Positive attitude is absolutely mandatory
    • Customer service, teamwork, and analytical skills are required
    • Operational Banking experience is a plus
    • Applicants must have a college degree or two years in Loan Servicing
    • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strict adherence to deadlines, problem solving capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good Excel skills
