WORK ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION
This position may be based out of La Cocina’s Fort Collins and/or Denver office(s), which qualifies it as a hybrid in-person and work-from-home position with three days required in-person, and no more than two days working from home. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about collaborating in-person with fellow team members, and attending twice per month all-staff meetings held in both Denver and Fort Collins. Additionally, the work requires some commuting to/from La Cocina’s offices in both locations in order to attend and/or conduct meetings, build relationships with stakeholders and participate in key training opportunities. Some travel may be required both in Colorado and out of state.

Ability to operate all general office equipment including computer, printer, copier, fax, and phones. Must be able to learn and work with grants/contracts management software and La Cocina’s project management application (Monday.com).
CLASSIFICATION & PAY
Annual salary between $75,000 to $85,000 depending on qualifications and experience. La Cocina seeks to be competitive in all hiring practices, and will therefore negotiate based on applicants professional experience, relevant skill set, and demonstrable alignment with La Cocina’s needs and values.
