As the primary customer focal point in the company for Commercial Business Unit customers, the successful candidate will manage the relationship with the customer’s representatives by providing efficient and effective communication channels and responding to the customers’ requests and expectations.
The successful candidate will play a proactive role in the prevention of problems during the execution of the contract by highlighting potential areas of concerns and promptly driving the company to solve issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the helicopter delivery process in compliance with company procedures by coordinating all necessary departments and ensuring the fulfilment of contractual requirements to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
