Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Basic Purpose
1. Ensures fulfillment of contracts by interpreting contract language and works with marketing and
sales managers in verifying pricing, terms and conditions and engineering requirements.
2. Communications with customer and staff in maintaining accuracy of information.
B. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Interprets contracts by reviewing all terms and conditions of contracts and related contractual
obligations.
2. Assists marketing and sales representatives in confirming pricing, contract terms and
conditions, and specific contract requirements.
3. Corresponds and communicates with company employees and customers on all terms or changes of
contracts.
C. Job Requirements
1. Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
