Duties require varying knowledge, skills, and abilities with a more complex degree of difficulty/diversity. Under direction of the Grants, Contracts and Emergency Management Director, employees of this class are expected to make routine, independent, decisions in the coordination of day-to-day operations of the City’s Grants, Contracts and Emergency Management section.
