Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     Under the supervision of the Director, directs the day-to-day operations of the assigned physician practice, including financial and personnel management and provides physician support. Exercises independent judgment, discretion and, within agreed upon limitations, makes administrative decisions, and takes action based on knowledge of the organization, its policies and procedures and personnel. Works with minimal supervision.

    Required qualifications:

    • Computer and word processing experience.

    • 2 years Supervisory Experience in healthcare

    • 3 years Supervisory Physician Services - Ancillary Services:

    • Cardiac arrhythmia experience.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 1 year Experience in a medical office setting to include data entry and clerical
