Contracts Administration Supervisor supervises and participates in the preparation of proposals, negotiation of contracts, and administration of commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Contracts Administration Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Being a Contracts Administration Supervisor may directly handle high profile Corporate National Accounts and other key customer contracts. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Contracts Administration Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. The Nursing Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to the nursing team. This individual will assist with staffing and assignments, placing patients in beds, triaging patient needs, and bed placement, triaging phone calls, communicating with leadership, assisting with obtaining meds and supplies. In addition, the Nursing Supervisor will respond to all RRTs, MEAs, and codes, enter surgical cases in EMR and call in OR on call team.
Required:
- ADN, BSN preferred
- WI RN License
- BLS and ACLS
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team - including patients, families/responsible parties, and the community
Desired:
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
