Central Management Services (CMS) is seeking to hire a Contracts and Transactions Generalist (Administrative Assistant II) within the office of Transactions and Property Administration located within the Bureau of Property Management (BoPM). This position will serve as subject matter expert on leasing procedures and execution. This position will also serve as support for Agency Space Planners with space requests and verify and assist with leasing items and provide support functions with the State’s Procurement System.
