Contracts Administration Supervisor jobs in Waterloo, IA

Position Summary: Responsible for system administration of all Fiserv products including Core DNA, DNA Publisher, Payments Exchange, Nautilus, and Online Banking.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, design, develop, implement, administer, and support ongoing development and support of the bank’s core database and related systems.
• Coordinate testing of new releases and implementation of new functionality.
• Research and resolve system problems and communicate findings to team, management and/or internal customers.
• Create new users, perform user maintenance and authorization updates.
• Work closely with IT and Operations teams to identify solutions to improve workflows and scalability of processes.
• Update system based on change requests, including but not limited to product creation, system table updates, variable, and institution system level updates.
• Stay up to date with system release notes, user groups, vendor conferences, and best practices for system usage.
• Draft documentation related to system changes, testing, validation, and process procedures.
• Version control for system updates, applications, and system changes.
• App development for DNA
• Create reports based on user request and analyze audit reports for anomalies and compliance issues.
• Represent the bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting a positive involved “community image” for the bank.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of core system administration experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 1-2 years Fiserv DNA administration experience preferred.
• DNA App Certification preferred.
• API experience preferred.
