    The role of the Marketing Administrator is to provide support to the Business Development Manager, who supports the various Directors at Faber Construction, and the various divisions in the Company. The support comes through ensuring the company brand is presented clearly and consistently.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager, as well as the various divisions in Faber on market strategy.
    • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
    • Create marketing materials such as employee bios/resumes, project proposals, division portfolios, and other materials to help Faber secure work.
    • Produce targeted marketing content for the website, press releases and social media
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the construction company's brand and services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the construction industry.
    • Manage and regularly maintain the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising.
    • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive business growth.
    • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to optimize spending and maximize return on investment.
    • Oversee regular updates and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of the brand identity.
    • Utilize photography and videography skills to capture high-quality visual content showcasing both in process and completed construction projects, team members, and company events.
    • Operate drones to capture aerial footage and provide a unique perspective of construction sites and finished projects.
    • Utilize Matterport technology to create immersive 3D virtual tours of completed projects, enhancing the company's online portfolio.
    • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe) to edit and enhance visual content for marketing materials and online platforms.
    • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for various marketing channels.
    • Incorporate visual storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that highlight the company's expertise and achievements.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices for visual content creation and implement innovative approaches to stand out in the competitive construction market.
    • Integrate visual elements into marketing campaigns to enhance their impact and effectiveness.
    • Train and guide team members on basic photography and videography techniques to maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications.

    Preferred Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years Marketing experience highly preferred.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • A high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Good organization skills.
    • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
    • Digital marketing experience.
    • Photography and video taking and editing training/experience
    • Having a creative side to come up with new ideas
    • Web development experience
    • Effective communicator; verbal/written/artistic
