The ideal candidate should have an understanding of construction industry terms and be familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, have a strong customer service background, must possess organizational and interpersonal skills, and must be willing to pitch in wherever needed.
