DIRECT HIRE CONSTRUCTION ADMIN ASSISTANT KCMO

Our client has an immediate need for a meticulous and well-organized Administrative Assistant with experience in the Construction or Engineering space.

This role will provide administrative support and aid in project coordination within their construction department on a full-time, in-person basis.

• Anticipate $50-55K annually
• Full suite of benefits, 401K, PTO
• Office-based position

Role :

• Responsibilities include general office tasks like data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Project coordination duties involve scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate records of project documentation such as contracts, permits, and invoices.
• Additional support activities may include some accounting, HR, or related tasks to assist the department team.

Seeking :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for document management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is advantageous
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform well under pressure.
