Contracts Administrator - Construction jobs in Las Cruces, NM

As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your administrative expertise will be essential in coordinating project documentation, managing communications, and facilitating efficient project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Utilize project management software and tools to track project tasks, schedules, and milestones.
• Updates HB project reporting in Procore via project logs (RFIs, ASIs, submittals) for accuracy and impact on the project.
• Provide general administrative support to the project team.
• Assist in maintaining project calendars, deadlines, and task lists.
• Ensure all project documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Drives successful project closeout process.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reading and understanding building plans, contracts, regulations, and specs.
• Must have meticulous attention to detail to ensure data quality standards.
• Must be able to maintain calendars and databases.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to work independently
• An appetite for learning, and the ability to improve existing processes through new ideas and innovations.
• Flexibility - you work well under pressure and adapt quickly to different situations and demands.
• Perspective and a positive attitude.
• Procore proficiency desired.
