    General Position Summary

     

    The Contracts Administrator will provide support to Contracts Manager, Purchasing Manager, Procurement Manager, and Project Teams. This position will assist with Subcontractor administration and Certified Payroll administration. 

     

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    • The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for Weekly Certified Payroll Reports (to include all required Owner and State reporting) and Managing, Tracking & Reporting of Subcontractors and Sub-tier Certified Payroll Reports and Labor Compliance Documents. Ensures certified payroll tracking is current and accurate
    • The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the review and administration of customer Contracts Documents. Coordinating requests for contract revisions from internal and external customers and direct inquiries to appropriate parties for review and resolution and assists with coordination of the approvals
    • Provides exceptional support to project teams and customers
    • Through an organized system and without supervision, performs and completes all follow-up communications on a weekly basis
    • Ensures that all contract licensing requirements are current including items such as contractor’s license, corporate status, DIR registration, etc.
    • Maintains an organized, thorough and complete system for all applicable documents, including original contracts, contract change orders, and certified payroll
    • Maintains status reports or logs as appropriate and communicates status of Subcontracts and Certified Payroll to project teams as required.
    • Other administrative duties as assigned by management

    Skills & Abilities

    • Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll Reporting Experience with LCPTracker, OCPS, California DIR & Washington L&I Reporting
    • Knowledge and experience with Public Works Certified Payroll, Union and reporting for both California and Washington states
    • Experience in administration of contract agreements
    • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Organized, Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
    • Functions effectively as part of a team
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

    Education and/or Experience

     

    • 3-5 industry related experience preferred
    • Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
