POSITION TITLE: Foreman
Job Summary: The Foreman will have direct responsibility for administrative and technical management of the construction site. This position will oversee self-performance labor and subcontractors. Other responsibilities include ensuring safety for all, monitoring the quality of work performed, and adhering to a schedule. The Foreman will coordinate directly with a dedicated Project Manager or Superintendent depending on project size.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or risks
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventory
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, ProCore, or similar tools
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budgeting and cost control using software like HeavyBid
