Job Summary: We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with prior knowledge of construction contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requests insurance from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Handles preliminary lien documentation and ensures that payment issues are resolved
• Requests bonds from contractors and suppliers for projects
• Prequalifies owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and supplier to ensure company standards are being met
• Manages documentation related to contracts and agreements, including proposals, change orders, and other legal documentation
• Reviews contacts to ensure completion and accuracy

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in contract administration in the construction industry
• Understanding of legal terminology and contract administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
