We are looking for experienced construction professionals (superintendents, architects and MEP engineers) who desire to apply a deep understanding of the construction process in a more controlled and predicable environment. Apogee is looking for individuals who have a deep understanding of construction, are polite, helpful and technically capable of interpreting and defending contract documents.
A successful construction administrator has five or more years in design or construction of healthcare, medical office building, commercial, municipal, federal, state and/or office buildings and demonstrates expertise in a variety of construction and project practices and procedures. Experience with Veterans Affairs is advantageous.
Licensure preferred or related certification required.
Computer Skills: Revit (open and review), AutoCAD (open and review), MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Studio Review proficiency.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or more in architecture or engineering preferred.
Travel: Up to 40% of the time.
