Contracts Administrator - Construction jobs in York, PA

Description:

• Responsible for administrative functions relating to the interpretation of customer contractual requirements and the dissemination of pertinent information necessary to process the work to meet contractual obligations.
• Inform the customer regarding contract status and to ensure that billings are promptly issued.
• Ensure a smooth flow of contractually required information is made to all internal disciplines and to the customer.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this position.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, or equivalent specialized training, knowledge, and experience.
• Two (2) to three (3) years general business or contract-related experience
• Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications, including MS Project
• Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable international law, or public contract acquisitions law and regulations.
