    Position Description

    The primary purpose of the Contract Administrator is to manage the NSO’s contract database and renewal agreements across two networks. The best candidate for this position has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally along with the ability to exercise a high level of initiative. This position works autonomously and as part of a team.


    This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy including:
      • Creating contract drafts
      • Review and update existing contracts
      • Tracking contracts
      • Corresponding with customers to help draft and finalize contracts
      • Reporting on the status of contracts
      • Distributing notices of executed contracts and upcoming renewals
      • Filing executed contracts
    • Develop, maintain and distribute regular reports on contract status.
    • Assist in the preparation of contracts.
    • Maintain contract management system database and company lists.
    • Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure proper billing and collection of contractual revenue.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative position in a legal department or law firm requiring a high level of accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with tools Salesforce, MS Word, and MS Excel
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.


    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position reports to the Director, Legal and has no direct reports.


    Salary

    • Salary is determined based on experience and skill set. Geographical adjustments may be considered.
    • Range: $45,198 - $59,029/year
