Consistent with Amy’s core value that we take care of each other, the People Administrator is responsible for supporting the implementation of Amy’s people strategies at the company’s manufacturing facility. The position is accountable on all aspects of our reception area, including warmly greeting visitors and directing them according to their needs while following our policies and practices. They are a key member of the People team, supporting candidate, new hire and employee touchpoints and administration. They handle general office duties including regular mail pickup and delivery, maintaining office supplies, processing packages fordelivery, liaison for office machines and performs various other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE One to two years of related administrative experience and/or training; Must have a clean DMV record.
SKILLS LANGUAGE SKILLSo Must be fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to read and write in both languages.o Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.o Ability to write simple correspondence.o Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSo Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including adding and subtracting.o Must also be able to check numbers for accuracy.
