POSITION: Contracts Administrator
Tigerbrain Engineering is seeking a Contracts Administrator with experience in contract management, providing business development and opportunity sourcing for engineering services. The Administrator will actively participate in the proposal review, sourcing, response, and proposal development for Department of Defense (DoD), heavy industrial intermodal facilities, and partner firm opportunities. This position will be responsible for presentation development in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate is a retiring military contracting officer, with construction experience. The position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Contracts and is based in Tigerbrain’s corporate office located in Oviedo, FL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate production of RFPs/Proposals while working under firm deadlines with Proposal Manager
· Review proposal terms and conditions and identify risks
· Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively and successfully
· Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with guidelines
· Experience and familiarity with SF330
· Assist with writing content and business development collateral for internal and external projects
· Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations
· Maintain good working relationship with co-workers and clients
· Participate in Data Call meetings. Help execute proposal responses, capture plan, schedule, and assignments
· Participate in developing partnerships and teaming
· Some travel may be required
· Other duties as may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint versions 2010 or newer
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Must be very creative, detail oriented and be able to work independently
· Ability to speak with clients, government officials on phone and in person at seminars/ conferences
· Permanent position in a fast paced Engineering firm with friendly work environment and staff
· Bachelor’s Degree or Professional certification (CPCM, DAWIA, FAC-C, etc.)
· Minimum 8 years of experience with contracts and/or proposals
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Contracts and/or proposals within the Architecture/Engineering/ Construction (AEC) industry
· Applicant must be a US citizen and capable of passing US security background checks
· US military contract requirements do not allow dual-citizenship or non-US citizens
· Applicant must pass drug screen and driving record check
