    THE LEGAL TEAM
    The Legal and Risk Management team is responsible for all legal and legal-related matters such as litigation, contracts, compliance, and driving record policies. This is a diverse, complex, and often unpredictable portfolio of challenges.

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for management of interdisciplinary exchange, review, and negotiation of contracts and subcontracts for division construction operations teams. The Contracts Administrator will assist in the timely organization, analysis, distribution, and completion of contract documents and bid documents for review by the interdisciplinary contract review/approval team. The individual will engage in the preparation, summation and compilation of contract documents and comments from the review team and preparation of proposed amendments, modifications or redlines to customer contracts.

    Responsibilities also include track and maintaining company contracts, and other records maintained by the contracts team. Research, preparation and filing of preliminary lien notices. Research, preparation, recording and tracking of construction collection remedies.
    Prepare commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors while consulting with project teams and division attorney. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm completeness and accuracy of proposed subcontracts, identifying and mitigating risks through contract provisions, and appropriately incorporating requirements from upper-tier agreements.

    Knowledge: Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

    Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

    Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

    You are a proactive member of any team you’re a part of, by delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients. With over two years of experience in contracts administration, you bring qualitative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. You are a collaborative team player, with a natural ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You also bring excellent verbal and written skills. Your technical skillset includes Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

    Education: BA or equivalent experience required.

    Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of contracts administration experience.
