    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Controller to join our Manufacturing industry team. As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting.
    • Manage the accounting team and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and timely.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Monitor cash flow and manage the company's financial resources to ensure financial stability.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide financial analysis and support to senior management, including recommendations for cost savings and revenue generation.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
    • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
    • CPA certification preferred.
