Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Oxford. The Controller will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial statements
• Conducting financial reporting
• Build and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions
• Manage budget and forecast preparation
• Monitor and analyze costs to ensure alignment with budget and financial objectives
• Cash Management
• Support Senior team and management in strategic planning and decision making
• Managing accounting team and functions
• The role will involve creating and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Finance or accounting experience in Real Estate, Construction or Development Industries
• Financial Statements, Financial Reporting and Accounting skills
• Analytical skills and finance knowledge
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and decision -making abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or related field
