Pay: $100,000K -$130K

Location: Aurora, OR

Length: Permanent / Direct Hire

Looking For:

• 7 years of experience with most recent 3-5 in a leadership-level role managing at least 1-2 direct reports
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred, needs to have basic understanding of cost accounting
• Experience owning the month-end close process (journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, etc.)
• Financial Analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting)
• Come from a company $50M
• Tier1/2 ERP experience- if they only have QuickBooks, that is a disqualifier
• Excel pivot tables, vlookups
• Experience owning the entire accounting process ideal, this position is the highest ranking in accounting/finance and works alongside the CEO

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Accounting/Finance functions, including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll, GL Accounting, and Cost Accounting
• Review GL regularly and adjust quarterly
• Oversee physical inventory to ensure accuracy in company assets, oversee cost accounting and ensure material and labor costs are reasonably accurate
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform financial analysis including P&L analysis, budgets, and forecasts, making recommendations to maximize company's financial success
• Oversee banking relationships
• Participate in executive team meetings, prepare reports, and review operations
• Oversee tax filings with outside CPA firm
• Attend board meetings as requested and provide support, analysis, and reports to board members
