Learning Opportunity:

Learn the strategies of social media on business & social channels. Learn how to differentiate brand voices on social media depending upon channel and posting. Learn how to enhance posts with paid advertising, and strategies for video channels like TikTok and YouTube

Internship Description:

Create social calendars for the coming months.

Ensure social channels have assets going live in a measured and strategic format.

Creates reels and videos for use on Instagram and TikTok.

Analyze current short form trends in our space and create compelling fun content every month.

Helps with asset creation strategy as directed by the Social Media Manager.

Analyze social user trends to ensure the correct graphics and posting schedule is happening for best performance.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Displays a cheerful disposition in working on projects outside the typical workflow of this position. Effectively helps others in special projects.

Qualifications

Internship Requirements:

Formal Education: Some High School

Experience: Experience using and posting in social media channels including TikTok, Instagram & Facebook. Experience editing and creating social posts in tools like Canva & photoshop. Limited experience creating reels and vertical videos.

SpecializedKnowledge/Certification: N/A

Equipment Knowledge: Computer, iPad, iPhone

Internship Working Conditions:

1. Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
2. Working environment cubicle office and co-working spaces with some noise
3. Work involving social marketing and social asset creation.
4. Normal business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
