```Job Summary``` We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our correctional facility. This position requires strong law enforcement skills, conflict management abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with inmates and staff. ```Responsibilities``` - Maintain security and control within the correctional facility - Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility - Monitor inmate activities and behavior - Enforce rules and regulations - Respond to emergencies and incidents - Conduct searches of inmates, cells, and common areas - Escort inmates within the facility - Write detailed reports on incidents, violations, and inmate behavior - Operate CCTV systems to monitor inmate activity ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Valid certification in law enforcement or corrections preferred - Military experience is a plus - CPR certification - Strong conflict management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to write clear and concise reports - Familiarity with operating CCTV systems - Knowledge of first aid procedures If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for maintaining safety and security, we encourage you to apply for the position of Correctional Officer. Pay: $22.02 - $28.96 per hour
