Responsibilities

. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the facility.

. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, program delivery, and facility maintenance.

. Collaborate with department heads to align operations with the organization's mission and goals.

. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.

. Manage budgetary processes, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

. Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that prioritizes staff development and well- being.

. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, staff, and external partners.

. Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational workflows.

. Lead emergency preparedness and response efforts to ensure the safety of children and staff.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

. Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the early childhood education sector.

. Strong understanding of licensing regulations, child development principles, and best practices.

. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary

Up to $30/hour ($ti2,400/yearly, negotiable depending on experience)
