POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cantina Cook will efficiently prepare and cook food in a fast-food setting. The Cantina Cook will take directives from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. The Cantina cook will be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTAIL JOB DUTIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent, vocational school coursework in kitchen basics, such as food safety, a plus. Ability to obtain and maintain an OOGC gaming license.
SKILLS:
Verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.
Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
Must be able to work well as part of a team
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain personal cleanliness.
