Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Baker. As an Associate Baker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, food production, packaging, vacuum sealing, baking, and ensuring food safety. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the culinary industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. There are 2 shifts available, 9am - 3pm and 10pm - 3am

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cookies with precision and creativity
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Package and vacuum seal cookies for shipping or delivery orders
- Assist with custom large orders for special events as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred, but not required.
-Ability to work late nights and occasional weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
