May prepare sauces and garnishes or assist cook with basic recipes. Additionally, Cooking Assistant follows all applicable guidelines and regulations for food handling and safety. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cooking Assistant works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Position Overview:
