Cooperative Program Coordinator coordinates cooperative education programs for the university/college. Represents the university/college for off-campus visits to various organizations to solicit cooperative jobs and/or scholarships. Responsible for monitoring presence, behavior, and location of all residents. Checks the building for the safety and security of those within. Monitor, supervise, and record all activities of residents.
Job Responsibilities
· Monitor safety/security of the property/residents/staff
· Enforce rules of the program/property
· Monitor behavior of the residents
· Manage the intake and discharge of residents
· Monitor and enforce room cleanliness and maintenance
· Conduct searches of property and surrounding areas
· Monitor and coordinate supplies and inventories
· Computer data entry
· Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
· High school diploma
· Two years of college education (preferred)
This position could be full or part time and involves some evening and weekend shifts. Shifts are flexible.
