    This is a hybrid of work-from-home, and coming to the office as the department needs require. Must have an excellent driving record. Must have high-speed internet.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Perform site visits and audits, ensure drills and other visits are on schedule
    • Provide Training including but not limited to pre-service and in-service training.
    • Work with family, providers, and other agencies monthly
    • Enforce standard company policies and procedures and ensure all are in compliance.
    • Ensure all clients' visits, files, records, plans, and lists are up-to-date. Maintained according to policy/ procedure.
    • Meet attendance requirements established by the Director.
    • Works a flexible schedule, which can include long hours and weekends.
    • Maintains client and employee confidentiality.
    • Maintains a good working relationship with the Waiver Director, Assistant Waiver Director staff, and
    • service recipients.
    • Make unannounced visits two per month for DIDD individuals and two per month for ECF/CLS homes.
    • Assist with moving individuals served into homes including moving their furniture, personal belongings,
    • Performs other duties as assigned and needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Self-directed with the ability to think, operate and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Accepts performance-based criticism and direction.
    • Ability to document and analyze documentation
    • Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of office computer applications and Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or business management software).

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of three years of office management experience and/or college degree in a business administration-related field.
    • Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred.
    • Satisfactory criminal background check.
