    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Program Manager to support our Director in running locations in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and South Denver. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that have the passion, personality and desire, but may not have extensive managerial experience but are eager to grow and thrive in a leadership position. With a focus on professional development and training, we are committed to developing go-getters into successful managers.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Lead and manage a team of coaches, ensuring top-quality soccer instruction and excellence in customer service.
    • Help to oversee daily operations, maintaining a standard of excellence in our locations.
    • Handle staffing, scheduling, and overseeing site leads.
    • Recruit, train, and retain skilled coaches, promoting a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm.
    • Engage in staff management, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient team operations.
    • Conduct on-field training for coaches, sharing expertise and enhancing coaching skills.
    • Coach actively for at least 5 hours per week, engaging directly with participants and training new coaches.
    • Drive enrollment numbers to meet and exceed business goals.
    • Work from home for some administrative tasks, in facilities for operational duties, and on the field for coaching.
    • Develop new coaches into coaching roles, empowering them to succeed and make smart decisions on behalf of our business.
    • Excellent at managing young adults (coaches) and enjoys working with children and their parents.
    • Weekly travel required within Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and South Denver.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, friendly and approachable.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Energetic self-starter, able to inspire and motivate others.
    • Experience in staff management, marketing, and customer service is preferred, but not required.
    • A genuine love for children and a strong desire to make a positive impact through sports.
    • We offer a flexible schedule, but must work most Saturday mornings.
    • Must have a willingness to travel within the local area.
    • Must be adept at making smart decisions that reflect well on the business and enhance the parent/child experience.
    • 40 hours per week is expected.
