Our 988 Wisconsin Lifeline call center provides high quality, comprehensive crisis counseling services via call, text and/or chat to consumers experiencing thoughts of suicide in addition to support and assistance services for Wisconsin residents experiencing emotional distress. Due to growth, Wisconsin Lifeline has an opening for a full-time Program Coordinator in our Brown County location. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and general functioning of the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
The Program Coordinator will also answer Lifeline calls, chats and texts as needed as well as participate in other related activities connected to the administration of the center such as speaking engagements, conference presentations, and membership on committees.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum experience of 2 years in the Human Services field. A Master's degree in Social Work or related field and supervisory and crisis counseling experience is preferred.
