Primary Purpose of Position | The TRIO Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program Coordinator serves within the Division of Academic Affairs and will report directly to the TRIO Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program Director. The Coordinator will assume collaborative responsibilities for organization, coordination, tracking, and execution of required project services and and events. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that activities and services are provided in accordance with institutional, state and federal policies. This individual should be sensitive to and knowledgeable of the needs of students from first-generation, low-income families and otherwise disadvantaged backgrounds. In addition, the Coordinator must be capable of utilizing the resources of the program, the institution and the community in generating options that are adequate to meet the needs of project participants. The Coordinator will also assist the Director in completion of the TRIO Ronald E. McNair grant application at the end of each 5-year Grant Cycle. |
